We do not store this information on a server or database; it exists only in the WhatsApp or email conversation it creates.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange or deliver the cleaning services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
